2011 CURRENCY CONFERENCE IN SINGAPORE-UNPRECEDENTED SUCCESS!!
The 14th Currency Conference was held October 2-5, 2011 at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel & Convention Center in Singapore, and proved to be a highly desirable location, where we hosted a record 520 delegates from the Currency Industry representing 75 countries. Leaders from the Central Banks, Printing Works, Mints, other Financial Institutions, along with the leading suppliers in the currency industry gathered together to enjoy a diverse and educational general session agenda, while having opportune time for networking and meetings.

During the Conference, the International Association of Currency Affairs (IACA) held the inaugural and very special Currency Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony where distinguished icons from our Industry were honored-Albert Amon, John Shepherd-Barron, Gualtiero Giori and Siegfried Otto. Their families were present to accept the awards. Additionally, IACA held their 4th Award Ceremony at the Gala Dinner Honoring Excellence in Industry in various categories (see more on the Currency Hall of Fame and the Currency Awards at www.currencyaffairs.org).
Richard Haycock, the Currency Conference Chairman, announced in his closing of the Conference, that the 15th Currency Conference would be held May 2013 in the beautiful and historic Athens, Greece. We hope all industry leaders will plan to join us in this very special 15th celebration Conference.
