Payment Information

Registration fees must be made by wire transfer or a cheque. Please choose your preferred method of payment during your registration process and further payment information will be provided. If you do not make your payment by the date of a price increase, you will be subject to pay the newer price for your registration.

  

 

*Please note that we only accept a limited number of industry suppliers (non-competitive or competitive). These registrations are taken on a first-come / first-serve basis and will be confirmed AFTER your registration is reviewed by the conference office.

Photo Requirements

Upon arrival at the Currency Conference, all delegates will be issued a photo ID badge.  Therefore, during the registration process, you will have an opportunity to upload a photo to be used on your delegate badge. Please upload a current, passport style photo. If you are a returning delegate, we will have a picture of you on file - if you decide not to upload a current photo, the one on file will be used. For Spouses/Guests that are registered, you will have an opportunity to upload their photo during the registration process.

Photos provided will also be printed in our Delegate Book.  If for any reason, you wish to exclude your photo from being printed in our book, please contact Drusilla Blakey at dblakey@currency-research.com.  You are still required to upload a photo during the registration process to be used for your photo ID badge.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received by February 3, 2017

50% refund of fees if written cancellation is received February 4, 2017 through April 14, 2017

No refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received after April 14, 2017
