Northwest

Traces of pre-Hispanic cultures and a strong presence of the Spanish colonial tradition can still be read in the architecture, folklore and in the people's way of life. Imposing sceneries of multi-coloured mountains, valleys and gorges together with the singular features of the Indian villages, ancient fortifications and markets, make this region particularly attractive.
