2. Review Inclusions, Payment Options, and Cancellation Policy

The Delegate Registration fee includes:

  • Participation in all Conference Sessions
  • Entry into the Sponsor Exhibit Hall
  • Welcome Reception on Sunday Evening
  • Coffee Breaks: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • Delegate Luncheons: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • Sponsor Exhibit Hall Receptions on Monday & Tuesday Evenings
  • Gala Dinner on Wednesday Evening

Hotel accommodations and transportation costs are not included. To make a reservation at the host hotel, please return to the "Hotel" page of the Conference website after completing the Delegate Registration process.

Payment Options:

Instructions for submitting your payment by wire transfer as well as remittance information for bank drafts will be included on your invoice which will be sent to the email address you provide within 48 hours. We do not accept credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received by March 9, 2010; 50% refund of fees if written cancellation is received after March 9, 2010 and before April 5, 2010; no refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received after April 5, 2010.
